Our Setup & Takedown Services are for OUR DECOR & LINEN ONLY. We are not responsible for any cleaning, washing dishes, sweeping, mopping , opening or locking up of venues, banquets or halls. We are not responsible for setting up or taking down dishware, cutlery, glassware, personal decor & linens or rental decor & linens provided by other vendors. We are not responsible for setting up and placement of chairs, tables, candy buffets & food stations. We are not responsible for placement of photos, stationary (programs, guest placecards, menus, etc). We are not responsible for collecting or returning any rental items provided from other vendors.
Delivery & Setup service is within Lower Mainland only. Venues outside of Greater Vancouver Area are subject to additional delivery fees. Shipping option not available.
1. A 25% refundable Rental Deposit and a signed agreement are required to book rental items.
2. All linen and decor items must be returned the following day or additional fees will be applied.
3. Any number changes MUST be made a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of event. A 15% reduction is given only.
4 Cancellations must be made within 30 days after deposit payment. Deposit is non-refundable after 30 days. NO exceptions.
6. It is the client's responsibility to check the contract for correct number of items, and correct address if delivery is involved.
7. There are no warranties on these items from minor defects, as there may be some minor defects from normal wear & tear, not apparent.
8. Dismantling and pickup will commence at the end of the function or at specific time stated.
9. Returned items must be free of wax, excessive food, garbage or damage to ensure Rental Deposit return.
As of May 1st, 2015 ALL decorators are now being charged a fee of $1.00 per person to conduct business at East Asian Banquet Halls. Due to these new fees initiated by the "BC Banquet Hall Association", we unfortunately no longer setup or provide decor/linens for the following Banquet Halls listed below, unless fee paid c/o client.
